I’ve got a new 4 minute workout for ya today…
I’m guessing you should be able to fit this into your busy day, right?! :)
Of course, I’m right!
Funny thing is, we all struggle for time.
Take the other day for example.
I hadn’t managed to squeeze in my workout earlier in the day and it was starting to look unlikely, especially as it was my turn to get my daughter in the bath and into bed.
Yet, out of nowhere I had a brainwave.
Why, don’t out do a workout while she’s in the bath!
And that’s exactly what I did.
Tallulah was happy playing while watching me swing a kettlebell around for 10-15 minutes.
The moral of the story…
There’s always time to squeeze in a short workout.
You just need to find that time.
Speaking of which, try this…
In this workout:
2 rounds of this lot below without any rest
- Toe Taps x 30 secs
- Tricep Dips x 30 secs
- Cross-Body Mountain Climbers (do them raised for an easier alternative) x 30 secs
- Plank Jacks (Regular plank will do the job if you’re struggling with this one) x 30 secs
Voila, a quick and simple workout that you can do in 4 minutes.
And you know what? If you’ve got a little more time on your hands, add an extra round or two.
