NEW Workout [Slow Burner]

Hello, you cheeky monkey!

Right, today I’ve got a new workout for you…

It’s a bit of a slow burner and works particular well for the legs and the assimus.

What do I mean by “slow burner”, well unlike banging out each exercise at a million miles an hour, we do them s-l-o-w.

This means that you won’t necessarily got out of breath, but it does mean that your muscles will have to contact for a much longer period of time. And…

If you’re in need of some toning down in the legs, then this will do a cracking job.
