Recently me and a pal of mine banged out a quick 50/10 workout whilst in the South of France.
50/10 just means working your nuts off for 50 seconds followed by 10 seconds rest.
This is what we did…
A) Bicep Curl
C) Tricep Dips
D) Static Bicep Curl Contraction (tense your guns for all they’re worth)
We did 4 rounds of this for a 16 minute workout.
Really simple, but we bloody well felt it!
Especially my mate.
He’d not done much of this stuff and was mega blowing…plus he couldn’t move his arms properly for a few hours afterwards. LOL.
